RESPECT POLICY
mSAnsi Respected is built on accountability, dignity, and respect.
We ask all customers and partners to engage respectfully during support interactions so that we can resolve issues fairly and efficiently for everyone.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return or exchange if:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item or size
The product has a manufacturing fault
The item was lost during delivery (confirmed by courier investigation)
To qualify for a return:
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging and proof of purchase/order number must be provided
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong item, size, or color due to our error:
We will arrange replacement logistics where applicable
Return shipping costs for verified mistakes made by us will be covered by mSAnsi Respected
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
Worn or washed items
Items damaged after delivery
Limited founder drops after the return window closes
Custom or personalized products
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of the defect
Short explanation of the issue
After inspection and approval, we may offer:
A replacement item
Store credit
Full or partial refund
mSAnsi Respected reserves the right to inspect all claimed defects before approving refunds or exchanges.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Please carefully review our sizing information before purchasing.
We may allow size exchanges depending on:
Product availability
Item condition
Return request timing
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the wrong size was sent by us.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund timeline’s
Inspection & approval: 2–5 business days
Bank/payment processing: 3–10 business days depending on provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
The item is defective
Incorrect due to our error
Lost due to courier failure
FOUNDER DROP POLICY
Founder drops are limited production releases.
Due to limited quantities:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Some founder items may not be restocked
Refund requests outside defect-related issues may be declined once production/shipping has started
LOGISTICS & DELIVERY ISSUES
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by:
Courier delays
Public holidays
Weather conditions
High order volumes during launches
mSAnsi Respected is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving courier issues.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier:
A replacement or refund may be issued after investigation
Investigations may take 5–14 business days depending on the courier
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
mSAnsi Respected is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
Incorrect addresses
Incorrect contact numbers
Unavailable recipients
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
